Hello, 1 year collector first time poster.This is the first time I've ordered from the good smile online shop and I'm having some problems.
It seems that good smile charged me this morning but my payment failed cause I keep my card used for online shopping empty until I'm purchasing something.
So I filled my card now but i can't find the 'pay' button on the online shop, also my order is 'pending', since the item is being released on the 30th September.
How come they're charging me now, and how come I cant pay and my order is pending?
If anyone knows whats going on please help.
